LED light output will vary with its chip type and packaging method, as well as other differences. But there is no uniform standard to measure its brightness in the world. Generally speaking, the total amount of LED luminescence is measured by the height value of a light point in the axial direction, and is expressed by (MCD) candles.
An LED with a very high degree value does not mean that its light output is very high. To calculate its total light output, its light-emitting angle must be taken into account. The viewing angle of the LED is also a function of the LED chip type and the function of light splitting or astigmatism of its epoxy resin casing. LEDs with different chips and packages will have different brightness values. If two LEDs have the same brightness value, the greater the light-emitting angle, the greater the light output.
